ABOUT FAYE FROST SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY

Faye is a fully insured, ITEC Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and qualified Personal Trainer. 

When working as a Personal Trainer she found many new clients suffering from niggles and injuries that had never been addressed. Faye was keen to find new ways to help her clients feel their best and decided to go back to college and study sports massage.

Faye qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2017 at the Cotswold Academy of Sport and Holistic Therapy.

It was at the Academy that Faye also qualified in Myofascial Cupping Therapy.

From there, Faye went on to further her knowledge in injury management and rehabilitation by qualifying in Dry Needling, with Osteon Manual Therapy. 

Shortly after she became a certified Rock Doc, completing training in Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM) and Kinesiology Taping with Rock Tape UK. 

Faye is passionate about staying up-to-date with her skills and knowledge to provide the best possible treatment and care for her clients.

She has attended many CPD courses at Oxford University to enhance her skills and knowledge within her practice.

Faye Frost Sports Massage Therapy is based in a private treatment room in Dursley, Gloucestershire, with private onsite parking.
